These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Arbo Cuts Tree Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides services to our customers.
By requesting a quotation or agreeing for work to be carried out, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Arbo Cuts Tree Services is a professional tree surgery and land management company operating across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.

• Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may vary if the scope of work changes once on site.

• Any additional work requested by the customer will be charged accordingly.

3. Acceptance of Work
By accepting a quotation verbally, in writing, or via message (including WhatsApp or email), you agree to proceed with the work under these Terms & Conditions.
4. Access to Site

• The customer must ensure suitable access to the site is available on the agreed date.

• We must be informed of any restrictions, hazards or underground/overhead services prior to work starting.

• Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer or other agreed methods.

• Late or non-payment may result in additional charges or legal recovery action.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

• We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred if cancellation occurs at short notice.

• Weather conditions or safety concerns may require rescheduling of work.

7. Health & Safety

• All work is carried out in accordance with current health & safety regulations.

• Our team reserves the right to stop or delay work if conditions are unsafe.

• The customer must ensure no unauthorised persons enter the work area during operations.

8. Waste Removal

• Unless otherwise agreed, all arisings (wood, branches, waste material) will be removed from site or processed as specified in the quotation.

• Additional waste removal not included in the original quote may incur extra charges.

9. Trees & Legal Permissions

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any necessary permissions are in place (e.g. Tree Preservation Orders or conservation area consent).

• We can provide advice but cannot be held responsible for permissions not obtained.

10. Liability

• We hold full public liability insurance.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground services, or issues not disclosed prior to work.

• While all care is taken, some minor ground disturbance may occur during tree surgery or clearance work.

11. Weather Conditions

• Certain works (especially tree surgery and MEWP operations) are weather dependent.

• We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

12. Complaints

• Any issues should be reported as soon as possible after completion of work.

• We will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.

13. Photography & Marketing

• We may take before and after photos of work completed.

• These may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
